Job summary

Gulf Contracting & Landscaping (GCL) is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to manage and coordinate utility works and civil engineering activities across the project lifecycle.

You will supervise and coordinate with MEP/civil design teams, ensuring compliance with project specs and regulatory requirements; review technical documents; monitor progress and quality; and support handover with accurate as-built records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or civil engineering is required.
• 4–5 years of experience in infrastructure/utility projects is required.
• Familiarity with local authority standards and approval procedures is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with planning to ensure timely start and finish of activities.
• Supervise earthworks, roads, drainage, sewerage, and utility works on site.
• Review drawings, method statements, and inspection plans for compliance.
• Monitor progress, resources, sequencing, and interfaces; report delays and risks.
• Prepare reports and maintain inspection, testing, and progress records.
• Attend coordination, progress, quality, and safety meetings and review close-out documents.
