Job summary

Gulf Contracting & Landscaping (GCL) is seeking a Senior Estimator in Dubai to lead detailed cost estimates for civil, landscaping, and infrastructure projects. You will direct tender preparation, review technical data, and ensure competitive pricing aligned with client requirements and GCL standards.

The role requires 9+ years of estimation experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and CCS Candy, and strong leadership to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 9+ years of estimation experience in civil, landscaping, infrastructure, or construction sectors (GCC experience highly preferred).
Strong proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Office; experience with CCS (Candy) or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Lead the preparation, review, and submission of cost estimates for civil, landscaping, and infrastructure works.
Interpret client requirements and ensure technical and commercial conditions are addressed in the estimate.
Coordinate with suppliers/subcontractors to obtain quotations and analyze offers for compliance and accuracy.
Review estimates prepared by junior estimators and provide mentorship and corrections.
Maintain cost databases and historical data for future bids.
