Job summary

Otis L.L.C. on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai is seeking a Sales Estimation specialist to support the New Equipment Sales process for UAE projects.

You will handle cost estimating, engineering economics and integrated project cost control for multiple bids, coordinating with factories, sales teams and engineers to source all technical and commercial information. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Sales or equivalent.
CSA certification or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 5 years of sales operations experience in construction/engineering.
Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

Support estimation and sales administration for new equipment projects.
Review contracts and log them into internal systems per policy.
Inspect drawings and identify material sources from Otis factories.
Coordinate with Otis factories, sales teams and design engineers to gather cost data.
Prepare estimation price lists with materials, labour, duties and tools.
Calculate margins and safe buffers for competitive bids.
Release material orders per approved drawings and maintain records.
Review key reports monthly for trends and analysis.
Prepare technical and commercial submittals and compliance statements.
Attend customer meetings as needed.
