Job summary

Emirates Electrical & Instrumentation Company LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Electrical Estimation Engineer to lead cost estimation, bid preparation, and tender support for electrical EPC projects. You will review specs, coordinates with suppliers/subcontractors, and mentor junior estimators.

The role requires deep knowledge of HV/MV/LV equipment, local ADNOC/DEWA standards, and strong cost-control skills, with proven leadership in preparing BOQ and cost sheets and negotiating favorable terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience, 5+ years as Estimation Engineer, preferably in electrical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Review project specs, ITBs, drawings, and schedules for tender clarity.
• Coordinate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors; lead negotiations.
• Prepare accurate BOQ and detailed cost sheets for electrical projects.
• Verify contract terms and commercial risks; maintain ISO documentation.
• Mentor junior estimators and manage data bank records.
