Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales & Estimation Engineer to drive business in the Oil & Gas trading sector. You will oversee technical and commercial proposal development, engage with clients and EPCs, and push opportunities from enquiry through to contract award, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely responses.

The role requires 3–7 years of relevant experience, a mechanical/electrical/instrumentation engineering background, and familiarity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience in sales, estimation or proposal engineering in Oil & Gas trading.
• Solid understanding of EPC project workflows (FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, execution).
• Experience with regional clients and contractors (ADNOC, ARAMCO, QP, KOC, PDO, KNPC, SABIC, Petrofac, Technip, Samsung).
• Hands-on experience dealing with international manufacturers and OEMs.

Job Summary

One of our clients in Abu Dhabi is looking for Sales & Estimation Engineer for their trading team in the Oil & Gas & Power & Water sector business. This role is instrumental in driving business from the enquiry stage through to final contract award, ensuring company secures the deal. The successful candidate will track Oil & Gas, Power & Water EPC project opportunities across the MENA region, manage technical and commercial proposal development, maintain close contact with clients and EPCs, and follow up relentlessly until the contract is awarded to the company.

Requirements
