Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with ability to coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents to ensure completeness before bid preparation.
• Coordinate bid initiation meetings and manage clarifications with stakeholders.
• Analyze project scope and prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Prepare subcontractor enquiry packages and evaluate vendor responses.
• Conduct peer reviews of estimates for accuracy.
