Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) in Dubai is seeking an Escrow Manager to oversee the daily operations of the escrow department, ensuring efficient processing of transactions and strict adherence to regulatory requirements.

You will lead a team, coordinate with product, IT, and legal stakeholders, manage client inquiries, and drive continuous improvement in escrow processes while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• Understanding of escrow laws and banking products.
• Fluent English and Arabic communication.
• 5+ years in Banking; corporate/project finance preferred.
• Ability to manage high workload in a pressurized environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily escrow operations and ensure accurate processing.
• Own product backlog and prioritize by value and risk.
• Coordinate with PMs, developers, QA to implement requirements.
• Support testing, UAT, defect triage and sign-off.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
• Maintain client relationships with stakeholders.
• Prepare reports on performance and compliance.
