Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking an AVP, Customer Services to lead Middle Office & Client Services within Global Private Banking, Brokerage, and FAB Securities in the UAE. You will ensure governance, policy adherence, and a high level of service quality across the MO & CS teams.

Based in Abu Dhabi, you will coordinate with internal and external audits, regulators, and cross-functional partners to drive efficient operations, risk controls, and timely issue resolution while developing staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business administration with knowledge of share market procedures.
• 5+ years in financial services (brokerage, equity, investment, markets).
• Understanding of SCA rules and market regulations.
• Analytical experience to raise issues and develop action plans.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and communicate status clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support MO & CS team for performance/quality improvements.
• Identify and prioritize problems; implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Oversee MO & CS teams at FAB Dubai branch.
• Suggest and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Assist audits with required client paperwork.
• Consult with Regulator (SCA) for client needs.
• Oversee institutional desk to ensure policy adherence across FABS.
