Emirates Islamic in the United Arab Emirates seeks a detail-oriented Escrow Operations Clerk to ensure accurate, timely processing of escrow and related banking transactions within established controls. You will maintain transaction records, support end-to-end processes, identify discrepancies, and assist audit readiness, contributing to reliable service delivery in a fast-paced banking environment.

Experience in banking operations and familiarity with core banking platforms like Finacle or

Qualifications

Experience of 1+ year in banking operations or transaction processing.
Understanding of banking transaction processing procedures, controls, and documentation requirements.
Exposure to core banking platforms such as Finacle or Flexcube preferred.
Strong accuracy and attention to detail with ability to follow procedures.
Good organizational, communication, problem-solving, and ownership skills, with ability to meet timelines.

Responsabilités

Transaction Processing: Accurately process escrow transactions and input data into core banking and escrow systems.
Documentation & Record Management: File, maintain, and archive transaction records per controls and audit requirements.
Operational Control & Escalation: Review documents and escalate discrepancies or processing exceptions.
System & Workflow Updates: Keep records current in BPM and related systems.
Risk, Compliance & Audit Support: Follow procedures and support audit reviews with required documentation.
