Qualifications

• Experience in analytical roles within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Support Middle Office & Client Services to improve performance and quality.
• Identify and prioritize problems and implement prompt resolutions.
• Regulate matters related to policy and procedures.
• Supervise MO & CS teams across the Dubai Branch and ensure governance.
• Suggest corrective actions and lead implementation where needed.
• Assist internal and external audits with required client paperwork.
• Coordinate with the Regulator SCA on client-related needs and documentation.
• Oversight of institutional desk to ensure policy adherence across FAB.
