Job summary

The role emphasizes supervising daily operations, ensuring timely responses, and developing SOPs and process improvements to elevate service quality across UAE-based branches and international units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related discipline required.
• Minimum 6 years in banking with progressive managerial responsibilities in the credit facility function.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day tasks and ensure timely completion in line with standards.
• Authorize encoding of credit limits and related releases (FOL, CA’s, PPC, SVR).
• Supervise internal memos and customer grade changes.
• Monitor task allocation and maintain trackers for unit productivity.
• Maintain compliance with UAE Central Bank and internal guidelines.
• Prepare reports and track SLA/TAT performance for management.
• Develop SOPs, SLAs, PN and other process guidelines.
