Job summary

Wood in Dubai is seeking a visionary Project Manager to lead large-scale EPC/EPCM programs. You will define objectives, create detailed roadmaps, establish timelines, secure resources, manage budgets, and ensure rigorous governance.

A track record delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget is essential. You will lead diverse teams, drive safety and sustainability, and maintain stakeholder alignment with clients, regulators, and internal leaders.

Qualifications

University degree in a relevant discipline (bachelors or masters).
PMI PMP/APM or equivalent certification preferred.
20+ years in project management with 10+ years in leadership on large-scale EPC/EPCM projects.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Promote and enforce a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
Lead and manage large-scale EPCm projects from initiation to completion.
Develop and implement project plans: scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and manage resources to optimize delivery.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Establish KPIs and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and professional development.
Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance throughout the project duration.
Oversee EPCm operations and ensure reporting and governance in place.
