Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering.
• 15+ years of procurement experience with reputed EPC contractors.
• At least 5 years of EPC project experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Infrastructure, or Industrial sectors.
• Experience in procuring long-lead items, critical equipment, bulk materials, and subcontracted services for large EPC projects.
• Proven knowledge of EPC procurement processes, contract administration, supplier qualification, and commercial negotiations.
• Experience in international and local sourcing, vendor development, supplier evaluation, and procurement planning.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent procurement software, plus MS Office.
• Certifications such as CIPS or CPM are preferred.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end procurement for project materials, equipment, long-lead items, and subcontracted services.
• Prepare RFQs, evaluate supplier quotations, and conduct bid evaluations with engineering and project teams.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, warranties, and contracts to optimize value.
• Prepare purchase orders, procurement recommendations, and contract documentation for approval.
• Coordinate with engineering, planning, QA/QC, logistics, construction, and project management teams to ensure timely procurement.
• Monitor supplier performance, expedite deliveries, and resolve procurement issues impacting schedules.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors; identify new suppliers to improve quality, cost, and delivery.
• Track procurement progress, maintain schedules, and provide status reports to project management.
• Ensure compliance with procurement procedures, client specs, contractual obligations, HSE and quality standards.
• Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation while supporting cost control and risk management.
