Job summary

CC7 Global Engineering Solutions | CC7 Emirates Engineering Solutions in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Procurement and Commercial Specialist to lead end-to-end procurement, subcontracting, and contract administration for EPC projects. You will coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and site managers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with budgets.

The role requires 6–10 years of relevant experience, strong negotiation and Excel skills, and proficiency in SAP/Oracle.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
6-10 years of relevant experience in procurement, subcontracting, and contract administration.
Proven experience in managing subcontractors, negotiating commercial terms, and reviewing subcontract agreements and service contracts.
Strong knowledge of RFQs, quotation evaluation, purchase orders, commercial negotiations, and supplier management.
Good understanding of Incoterms, payment terms, logistics, expediting, and contractual conditions.
Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP/procurement systems.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting.
Excellent negotiation, communication, coordination, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Procurement and Purchasing: Manage the complete procurement cycle from MR to PO placement and delivery; review specs and commercial docs; prepare quotations and supplier recommendations; negotiate terms; monitor orders and supplier performance; ensure compliance with budgets.
Subcontract Management: Source, prequalify, evaluate, and select subcontractors; prepare RFQs, scope of work, and proposals; support negotiations on pricing, milestones, schedules and terms; monitor commitments and changes; maintain records.
Contract and Commercial Administration: Review contracts and terms; assist in contract preparation, review, and administration; identify risks and deviations; coordinate with management, legal, finance and site teams; assist in variations, claims, payments, and changes; ensure proper documentation.
Supplier and Site Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, logistics, and site teams; follow-up on material availability and delivery; resolve procurement issues; maintain trackers and reports; support cost control and procurement reporting.
