Job summary

ACME Cleantech Solutions in Dubai is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement for EPC, Oil & Gas, or Renewable Energy projects.

You will source vendors, negotiate terms, evaluate quotations, and coordinate with engineering and logistics to ensure timely material delivery, while monitoring supplier performance and controlling costs in line with project specs.

Qualifications

• 510 years of relevant procurement experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, or Renewable Energy.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, vendor management, commercial negotiations, and procurement documentation.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems preferred.
• Good understanding of Incoterms and international procurement.
• UAE/GCC project experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement, from RFQs and vendor sourcing to PO placement and delivery follow-up.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with local and international suppliers.
• Evaluate technical and commercial quotations and prepare bid comparison statements.
• Coordinate with engineering, project, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely material delivery.
• Monitor supplier performance, optimize costs, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
