Job summary

Intertec Systems is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer with 13+ years of experience to lead project implementations and ongoing service delivery. You will work across HPE Synergy, Alletra/Primera, and Dell storage platforms, plus VMware and Hyper-V environments, ensuring high availability and performance for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design documentation, deployment, testing, migrations, and post‑deployment support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications or equal qualification.
• 13+ years of relevant experience in technical support and service delivery.
• HPE storage, converged infrastructure, and Dell storage platforms certified.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Design high-level and detailed solutions with architects and pre-sales teams.
• Deploy, configure, and support HPE/Dell storage and server platforms per best practices.
• Perform testing, data migration, and post‑deployment optimization.
• Provide root-cause analysis, documentation, and end-user training.
