The L2 Engineer & Storage is responsible for maintaining the server and storage infrastructure, ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and security of the data and services hosted by the organization. The role involves ensuring smooth operation while addressing more complex issues that surpass Level 1 support capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain server and storage infrastructure with high availability, optimal performance, and security.
• Resolve issues that transcend Level 1 support capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical support experience, preferably in server and storage technology.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications: MCSA, MCSD, MCSE, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
• Strong knowledge of VxRAIL HCI (Dell) and Huawei storage, as well as Dell PowerProtect Data Manager.
• Operating system knowledge: Microsoft Windows, Linux (CentOS, Rocky, SUSE, etc.).
• Experience with LDAP, TCP/IP, NFS, SAN, Direct Attached Storage, high-performance networking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft software products including Active Directory, IIS, DFS, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
