Job summary

Palmira Software House is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise software projects from initiation to go-live across the region. You will drive cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure delivery on time and within budget, while maintaining high quality and clear governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise software.
• Experience in government or semi-government digital transformation projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• PMP certification required; ITIL or Liferay knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is preferred.
• Arabic speaker with fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel for project needs, based in UAE.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from scoping to closure.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, scope, timelines, and budget.
• Identify and manage project risks, changes, and dependencies.
• Create and maintain project documentation and reporting.
• Perform gate reviews and quality assurance with sponsors.
• Follow governance processes and project management procedures.
• Support business cases with customers, including estimating solutions.
