Job summary

techcarrot seeks an experienced Project & Delivery Manager to drive IT programs from initiation to closure within PMP/OE standards. You will manage scope, budget and risk while coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors to meet business priorities.

Responsible for agile coaching, stakeholder alignment and governance, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure delivery aligns with the product roadmap and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT delivery experience with 5+ years as PM/Scrum Master in Agile/hybrid delivery.
• Proven track record delivering digital/SAP-led transformations in automotive or similar enterprises.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on multi-vendor delivery across SAP, digital layers and third-party platforms.
• Knowledge of capacity planning, delivery forecasting, CAPEX/OPEX cost drivers, and governance.
• Proficient with JIRA, MS Project/Project Online, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, Visio and Power BI for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to closure per PMP-based standards and govern scope, budget and schedule.
• Establish PMO artifacts, baseline plans, risk registers and weekly status with stakeholders.
• Run governance bodies, steering committees and workshops; manage escalations to PMO.
• Coach teams in Scrum ceremonies and agile practices; align delivery with product roadmap.
• Coordinate multi-vendor delivery across SAP, digital interfaces and external platforms.
