Harness is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Account Executive, Security-based, to drive growth in a Dubai-based hybrid role. You will strategize and close enterprise deals, building relationships with C‑level executives while coordinating with security and product teams.

Leverage MEDDPICC, forecast accurately, and surpass quarterly quotas in a fast-paced, multi‑team environment. This role rewards strategic thinking, collaboration, and results while supporting scalable AI security solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals.
• Account planning and execution skills.
• Ability to sell C‑Level and across IT and business units.
• Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals with a strong W2 track record.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC as a qualification framework.
• Proven consultative sales solution skills with ROI articulation.
