Job summary

Anaplan in the UAE is seeking a Senior Solution Implementation Manager to drive end-to-end deployments for our strategic enterprise customers across the Middle East.

You will lead complex programs, manage scope, budgets, and timelines, partner with customer stakeholders up to the C-suite, and apply Agile delivery practices to ensure on-time, on-budget success. This role requires a hands-on leader with a track record of delivering large-scale implementations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading complex, high-stakes implementations, ideally in supply chain, FP&A, or workforce planning.
• Thriving at delivery plus strategic advisory, scoping, negotiating, managing escalations.
• Hands-on project management delivery expertise coordinating multiple enterprise programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive Delivery Excellence: Lead end-to-end Anaplan deployments alongside internal teams and external partners, establishing robust governance, ensuring precise scoping, and proactively uncovering hidden assumptions.
• Be the Strategic Anchor: Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery, building alignment with customer stakeholders ranging from operational leads up to the C-suite.
• Deliver Transparency: Provide clear, actionable reporting on project status and overall portfolio health to both internal leadership and external stakeholders.
• Enterprise Expertise: Demonstrable history of exemplary program or project management across complex, large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Agile Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience in Agile project delivery methodologies—this is essential for driving our fast-paced implementations.
• Turnaround Architect: Proven ability to recover and realign complex projects led by partners or vendors. We are looking for a track record of delivering—and rescuing—large-scale projects under tight timelines and budgets.
• Executive Influence: Exceptional customer engagement and communication skills, characterised by the ability to negotiate, influence senior leadership, and confidently act as a trusted strategic advisor.
