Job summary

Anaplan in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead connected planning initiatives for enterprise clients. You will design and deliver complex solutions, translating business requirements into scalable Anaplan models and guiding customer teams through transformation journeys.

Qualifications

• Significant experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management solutions (e.g. Anaplan, SAP, Oracle, OneStream, Workday Adaptive).
• Consulting experience with ability to influence and guide stakeholders through transformation journeys.
• Knowledge of formal system implementation methodologies (requirements gathering, design, build, test, deploy; Agile preferred).
• Proven ability to lead and manage responsibilities concurrently.
• Strong data integration understanding (inbound and outbound).
• Passion for business analytics, modeling and planning.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Results-oriented self-starter who can handle multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of complex connected planning solutions.
• Translate business problems and spreadsheets into scalable Anaplan models.
• Work closely with customer teams to optimize processes.
• Communicate updates and feedback to clients and stakeholders.
• Serve as architectural SME across large deployments.
• Support pre-sales with solution design and estimations.
