Job summary

Anaplan in the UAE is seeking a Senior Solution Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end deployments of our Connected Planning platform for enterprise customers in the region. You will govern scope, budget, and timelines and partner with client executives to drive outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring track records of large-scale program delivery, strong Agile delivery, and the ability to recover troubled projects while maintaining executive relationships. English is required; Arabic preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated history of exemplary program or project management across complex, large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Deep, hands-on experience in Agile project delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to recover and realign complex projects led by partners or vendors.
• Exceptional customer engagement and communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
• Domain knowledge in Supply Chain, FP&A, or Workforce Planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end deployment of Anaplan deployments with internal teams and external partners, establishing governance and precise scoping.
• Serve as the primary delivery contact, aligning with customer stakeholders from operational leads to the C-suite.
• Navigate multifaceted programs, balancing scope, risk, budget, and resourcing to deliver flawless outcomes.
• Anticipate bottlenecks and drive critical project decisions across design, testing, timelines and change management.
• Negotiate and resolve conflicts to maintain momentum and unite cross-functional teams behind shared goals.
• Champion the Anaplan Way methodology to deliver scalable, intuitive solutions.
• Provide transparent reporting on project status and portfolio health to leadership and stakeholders.
