Job summary

TruKKer seeks a Senior Regional Sales Manager to own the UAE enterprise shipper business, personally leading strategic accounts while coaching a growing team of account managers and BD reps to hit regional revenue and margin targets.

You will lead multi-stakeholder negotiations, build a repeatable sales motion, and ensure pipeline hygiene with disciplined CRM and forecasting in a fast-growing logistics marketplace.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in B2B sales with a track record of enterprise/account wins.
• Experience leading a sales team (managing and coaching direct reports).
• Background in logistics, freight, transportation, or 3PL preferred.
• UAE/GCC market experience and an existing enterprise-shipper network is a major advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own UAE enterprise sales targets including revenue, gross margin, and load volumes.
• Lead acquisition and expansion of large enterprise shippers across sectors.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline; own multi-stakeholder deals from prospecting to go-live.
• Structure proposals, rate cards, and RFP/tender responses to balance win rate with margin.
• Develop senior/C-level relationships with key accounts and be the escalation point.
