Job summary
Questworkx LLC in United Arab Emirates is seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer (L2/L3) to own enterprise applications, including the HCL TX Platform and Al Wataneya Auction Platform. The role requires 8+ years of hands-on experience with HCL products, Azure AKS/Kubernetes, APIs, and ITIL-based incident and change management.
You will lead end-to-end troubleshooting, coordinate with infra teams, and ensure smooth operation and SLA compliance.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise application support experience.
- Hands-on with HCL TX stack products (DX, Volt MX, Volt Foundry, Leap).
- Proficient with Azure AKS/Kubernetes.
- Experience with APIs, microservices and third‑party integrations.
- ITIL-based incident, problem and change management experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage L2/L3 application support, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Handle bug fixes, deployments, releases and performance optimisation.
- Support HCL DX, Volt MX, Volt Foundry and Leap platforms.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Azure AKS/Kubernetes environments.
- Support APIs, microservices, middleware and third‑party integrations.
- Perform SQL-based troubleshooting and investigate data access issues.
- Manage ITIL-based incident, problem and change processes.
- Take end-to-end ownership of incidents and remediation.
- Coordinate with infra teams and vendors to maintain SLA compliance.
