• 5+ years in enterprise application support or similar role.
• Strong SQL, APIs, and middleware troubleshooting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for enterprise applications, handling incidents, service requests, and escalations.
• Diagnose and resolve complex application issues, minimizing disruption to business operations.
• Investigate application logs, SQL queries, APIs, and middleware integrations to identify faults and support resolution.
• Conduct root cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions with development, quality assurance, and infrastructure teams.
• Monitor application availability and performance, proactively identifying potential issues and improvement opportunities.
• Support application upgrades, patches, releases, and deployment activities.
• Maintain accurate incident records, troubleshooting guides, support procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Follow ITIL service management practices and comply with security standards and internal policies.
• Communicate incident progress, business impact, and resolutions clearly to technical teams and business users.
• Mentor junior support engineers and provide guidance to end-users as required.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support when required.
