Job summary

Frontier Vista Interior Design LLC in Dubai seeks a seasoned sales professional to identify and develop opportunities in engineering consultancy and authority approval services. You will generate leads, build networks with contractors and developers, and manage proposals and negotiations from first contact through close.

The role requires extensive B2B sales experience in Dubai's interior fit-out and engineering sector, with a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and deep knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
• Minimum of 7-10 years of proven sales experience, specifically within the engineering consultancy or interior fit-out industries within the Dubai market.
• Good understanding of UAE authority approval processes.
• Strong network of contractors, fit-out companies, consultants and developers.
• Demonstrated lead generation and client acquisition skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
• Demonstrated success in B2B sales, with a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• In-depth knowledge of construction, engineering principles, and fit-out project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for engineering consultancy and authority approval services.
• Generate leads through CRM platforms, LinkedIn prospecting and cold calling.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, fit-out companies, consultants and developers.
• Conduct client meetings, sales calls and site visits to understand project requirements and present suitable services.
• Prepare proposals, follow up on enquiries and negotiate to close sales.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline.
• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from initial engagement to closing deals.
• Craft compelling proposals that articulate the value proposition of engineering and fit-out services.
