Job summary

Frontier Vista Interior Design LLC in Dubai seeks a seasoned sales professional to drive engineering consultancy and authority approval services. You will lead the full sales cycle, from lead generation to proposal, negotiation and closing, engaging contractors, consultants and developers.

With 7–10 years of B2B sales experience in engineering or interior fit-out, you bring an extensive UAE network and a deep understanding of authority processes, offering strategic value to clients and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; a Master's is a plus.
• 7-10 years of proven sales experience in engineering consultancy or interior fit-out, Dubai market.
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority approval processes.
• Extensive network of contractors, fit-out companies, consultants and developers.
• Proven lead generation and client acquisition skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for engineering consultancy and authority approval services.
• Generate leads through CRM platforms, LinkedIn, digital prospecting and cold calling.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, fit-out companies, consultants and developers.
• Conduct client meetings, sales calls and site visits to understand requirements and present services.
• Prepare proposals, follow up on enquiries and negotiate to close sales.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline from engagement to closing.
