Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre offers a Senior Executive role in Engineering seeking an analytical, detail-oriented professional to coordinate preventive maintenance, manage documentation, and ensure safety compliance across luxury residences.

You will liaise with residents, contractors, and internal teams to handle requests and coordinate scheduled works, reporting to the Director of Engineering and Duty Manager.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma / Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or a related technical discipline.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical systems to support maintenance coordination and engineering operations.
• Understanding of Health & Safety regulations and contractor permit procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to liaise with residents, contractors, and internal departments.
• Software Proficiency (Excel, Oracle, AutoCAD - Intermediate Level).

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and manage preventive maintenance schedules (PPM) for owners' apartments, kitchen equipment, swimming pools, and building facilities, ensuring timely completion and contractor follow-up.
• Administer engineering operations and documentation, including quotations, work orders, maintenance contracts, permits, reports, Oracle system updates, and departmental records.
• Monitor and maintain compliance and safety requirements, including Fire Life Safety (FLS) documentation, contractor work permits, pest control programs, and mandatory company procedures.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and tracking systems, including revenue reports, maintenance logs, training records, attendance monitoring, vacation plans, and performance reporting.
• Liaise with residents, owners, contractors, and internal departments, addressing maintenance requests, complaints, scheduled works, and providing administrative support to the Director of Engineering and Duty Manager.
