Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive infrastructure plans for major urban development and civil engineering projects.
• Conduct detailed site analysis and feasibility studies for proposed infrastructure initiatives.
• Lead planning and design activities for STP and Dubai Municipality infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, layouts, and engineering specifications using advanced CAD platforms.
• Utilize GIS technology to analyze spatial data and support planning decisions.
• Perform complex engineering data analysis and modeling to optimize infrastructure designs.
• Assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies for planning, execution, and compliance.
• Collaborate with architects, environmental specialists, contractors, and government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, UAE building codes, and project standards.
• Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and budget‑related planning requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance throughout the design and execution process.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related engineering discipline.
• Master’s Degree is preferred for advanced planning and leadership roles.
• Professional Engineering license or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in infrastructure planning or related engineering roles.
• Proven experience in STP projects within Dubai Municipality developments is mandatory.
