Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Associate Product Manager to collaborate with clients and engineering teams, driving transformation in energy and commodities trading. You will understand business needs and deliver value through rapid release cycles and iterative feedback.

The role emphasizes Endur/OpenLink experience, strong SQL/log analysis, and solid documentation and communication skills, with exposure to CTRM platforms and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years Endur support experience.
• Strong SQL and log analysis skills.
• Understanding of commodity trading lifecycle; ITIL knowledge.
• Hands-on Endur (OpenLink) experience is mandatory.
• Basic understanding of trading or financial products.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and engineering/product teams to deliver value through rapid release cycles and iterative feedback.
• Understand business and end-customer needs to drive transformation.
• Support and contribute to CTRM/Endur implementations in the energy and commodities trading space.
