Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Associate Product Manager to collaborate with clients and engineering teams, driving transformation in energy and commodities trading. You will understand business needs and deliver value through rapid release cycles and iterative feedback.

The role emphasizes Endur/OpenLink experience, strong SQL/log analysis, and solid documentation and communication skills, with exposure to CTRM platforms and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years Endur support experience.
• Strong SQL and log analysis skills.
• Understanding of commodity trading lifecycle; ITIL knowledge.
• Hands-on Endur (OpenLink) experience is mandatory.
• Basic understanding of trading or financial products.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Senior Associate -Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with clients and our engineering & product teams in the energy and commodities trading space, driving transformation by understanding business and end-customer needs and continuously deliver value through rapid release cycles and iterative feedback.

Qualifications

Your Skills and Experience:

Must Have skills:

• 4–7 years of Endur support experience; strong SQL and log analysis skills; understanding of commodity trading lifecycle; ITIL knowledge; strong stakeholder communication
• Hands‑on Endur (OpenLink) experience is mandatory for success in Client s environment.
• Basic understanding of trading or financial products.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Good to have skill:

• Exposure to Endur or other CTRM platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile practices and tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Any BA‑focused training or coursework.

• Examples of clear documentation or analysis that unblocked senior stakeholders.
