Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Associate Product Manager to collaborate with clients and engineering teams in the energy and commodities trading space, translating business needs into rapid value through iterative releases.

You will work with Endur support, SQL/log analysis, and CTRM concepts, coordinating with stakeholders and documenting solutions; experience with Endur/OpenLink and familiarity with Jira/Confluence are pluses.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of Endur support experience; strong SQL and log analysis skills; understanding of commodity trading lifecycle; ITIL knowledge; strong stakeholder communication.
• Hands-on Endur (Open Link) experience is mandatory for success in Client environment.
• Good to have: exposure to Endur or other CTRM platforms; familiarity with Agile practices and tools (Jira, Confluence); any BA-focused training or coursework.
• Set yourself apart with examples of clear documentation or analysis that unblocked senior stakeholders; demonstrable initiative in learning trading or CTRM concepts.

Senior Associate -Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with clients and our engineering & product teams in the energy and commodities trading space, driving transformation by understanding business and end-customer needs and continuously deliver value through rapid release cycles and iterative feedback.

Qualifications

Your Skills and Experience:

• Must Have skills:
• 4–7 years of Endur support experience; strong SQL and log analysis skills; understanding of commodity trading lifecycle; ITIL knowledge; strong stakeholder communication Hands-on Endur (Open Link) experience is mandatory for success in Client s environment. Basic understanding of trading or financial products. Strong documentation and communication skills.
