Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Associate - Product Manager to collaborate with clients and engineering teams in the energy and commodities trading space, driving transformation through rapid releases and iterative feedback.

You will document requirements, build domain expertise, and support Endur-related configurations while contributing to test planning and documentation programs. Dubai-based role within a digital transformation environment.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of Endur support experience with strong SQL and log analysis skills.
• Understanding of the commodity trading lifecycle and ITIL knowledge.
• Strong stakeholder communication and robust documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Capture and refine requirements into user stories, use cases and process diagrams.
• Assist in preparing test scenarios and UAT packs with clear acceptance criteria.
• Support data and configuration analysis under guidance from senior team members.
• Maintain documentation repositories for the domain (process flows, FAQs, SOPs).
