Job summary

Mubadala seeks a seasoned Employee Advocacy professional to interface with employees and stakeholders, handling grievances, exit interviews and national service matters. The role emphasizes confidential, policy-driven investigations and cross-functional collaboration to uphold a high-performing workforce.

You will manage employee relations cases, deliver dispute resolution services, and contribute to continuous improvement across policies and processes to enhance the overall employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR/Employee Advocacy experience.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Master's degree is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Interface with employees and internal stakeholders to handle grievances, exit interviews and National Service matters.
• Support the management of employee relations cases and maintain service excellence across the employee lifecycle.
• Provide guidance to employees and coordinate workplace dispute resolution services (mediation, conciliation, negotiation, and facilitation).
• Conduct and support sensitive employee relations investigations, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, policies and employee experience.
