Qualifications

• At least 8 years in positions of progressively increasing responsibilities.
• Diploma engineering or equivalent in elevators.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance, adjustments, and repairs for Otis products within the assigned area.
• Attends to equipment call-backs and conducts fault finding to return units to service.
• Coordinates with line operators and ensures call backs align with SLAs.
• Supports junior colleagues with operations and provides on-site training.
• Conducts safety audits and enforces OTIS safety guidelines.
