• Build pipeline to support monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Lead complex technical and commercial discussions for elevator/escalator opportunities.
• Coordinate with developers, consultants, and main contractors to secure profitable orders.
• Manage tender submissions, proposals, and contract negotiations to protect margins.
