Job summary

Emsteel seeks an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist for its Abu Dhabi steel melting plant. You will perform and supervise preventive and corrective electrical maintenance, ensuring safe, timely and cost-effective plant operation.

You will coordinate with production to minimize downtime and drive continuous improvements. The role requires 5+ years in electrical maintenance within steel plants, familiarity with automation systems, CMMS (preferably SAP), and a Diploma/ITI in

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Trained on Elect. & Auto. Systems pertaining to Steel Melting and Billet casting plant.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled preventive and corrective electrical maintenance in the steel melting plant.
• Plan with production for daily shutdown schedules and feedback on service standards.
• Lead, supervise and train junior technicians to meet maintenance targets.
• Record and analyze performance trends using maintenance systems (CMMS/SAP).
• Manage spare parts and assist in budgeting for maintenance activities.
