Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Dubai is seeking an experienced Electrical Inspector to join the site supervision team on villa and township developments. You will ensure electrical works comply with approved drawings, project specs and local regulations while coordinating with contractors and consultants.

7–10 years of electrical inspection experience is required, with strong reading of drawings/BOQs, QA/QC know-how, and familiarity with ELV systems. Knowledge of IEC/NEC and local authority rules is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires 7–10 years of electrical inspection experience.
• Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
• Familiarity with QA/QC processes and inspection checklists/ITPs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems, installations, and materials across villas, common areas, and township infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specs, and local regulations.
• Review layouts, schematics, shop drawings and method statements for site compliance.
