Job summary

Confidential in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Electrical Estimation Specialist to support ADNOC-style tenders. You will prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates for electrical scope across MV/LV distribution, substations, transformers, switchgear, cabling, lighting, earthing, and hazardous areas with a focus on compliance and value engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
• 5–10 years of experience in electrical estimation within Oil & Gas / EPC.
• Mandatory ADNOC project experience (onshore/offshore).

Responsibilities

• Review ITT documents, drawings, specs and BOQs for tender accuracy.
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs (MTO) for electrical components.
• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates including materials, manpower and subcontracting.
• Develop cost build-ups, rate analyses and pricing strategies.
• Ensure ADNOC standards compliance and international codes.
