Job summary

Confidential EPC Company in Dubai seeks an experienced Estimation Engineer to prepare techno-commercial offers for oil and gas projects. The role requires independence and a track record in tendering across refinery, onshore, offshore, piping, pipe rack and E&I works, with strong knowledge of estimation processes and planning software such as Primavera.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in oil and gas project tendering.
• Experience with refinery, onshore, offshore, and piping projects.
• Experience with pipe racks and E&I works.
• Ability to work independently and prepare techno-commercial offers.
• Familiarity with Primavera or other planning software.
• Strong knowledge of estimation, tendering and planning for oil and gas projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare techno-commercial offers for oil and gas projects.
• Lead tendering activities across multiple project domains (refinery, onshore, offshore, piping, pipe racks, E&I).
• Coordinate with bid teams and suppliers to assemble accurate cost estimates.
