Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• 6–12 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in solar PV projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, especially in large-scale solar power plants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all electrical engineering activities on-site and supervise installations.
• Ensure electrical work complies with project specs, standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and project teams for integrated electrical systems.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and promote site safety.
• Prepare regular reports to the project manager on installation status.
• Identify electrical issues early and develop effective solutions to keep the project on track.
• Liaise with local authorities for permits and approvals.
