Job summary

Larsen & Toubro is seeking a Construction Manager - Solar PV to lead on-site construction for utility-scale solar plants in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee civil, mechanical, and electrical work, ensuring alignment with drawings, safety standards, and local regulations.

The role requires a strong field presence and proactive coordination with multi-disciplinary teams. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and 12+ years of direct experience in solar PV

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Construction management certification (PMP/CCM) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily on-site construction activities for utility-scale solar PV projects.
• Oversee civil works, mechanical assembly, and electrical systems installation.
• Coordinate material staging, logistics, and temporary facilities.
• Resolve RFIs and design discrepancies to avoid delays.
• Manage pile load testing and torque validation of tracker mechanisms.
• Prepare progress reports with actual vs. planned curves and look-ahead plans.
