Job summary

Acwa China in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to supervise electrical maintenance activities in a power generation and water desalination plant. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, outages, and overhauls, ensure adherence to HSE standards, and maintain accurate SAP/CMMS records.

You will lead Electrical Technicians, coordinate with O&M teams, and drive reliability improvements through root-cause analysis and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 7–10 years electrical maintenance experience in power generation and/or water desalination plants.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical maintenance activities per plans and standards.
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with O&M teams and contractors to resolve issues.
• Ensure SAP/CMMS documentation and data integrity.
• Promote HSSE compliance and safe work practices.
