Qualifications

• Bachelor in relevant engineering required.
• Minimum 15+ years of relevant Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years preferred in GCC region.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Project Safety culture, behaviors and engagement activities.
• Identify, evaluate, and resolve Piping Engineering issues.
• Review and approve Contractor deliverables within specified durations, ensuring compliance with design requirements and licenses.
• Review and approve vendor and contractor designs, calculations, data, and reports.
• Attend technical meetings with Owner, Licensor, Contractor and Vendors.
• Coordinate engineering input across options and models to optimize design.
• Provide technical guidance to update specifications and ensure alignment with Owner requirements.
• Coordinate layout reviews, design reviews, and technical workshops.
• Influence facilities and equipment design optimization.
