Job summary

NOVARGI INDUSTRIES in Dubai is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with a strong EPCM/O&M/PMC background to lead electrical engineering activities for HV and LV systems across FEED to commissioning. You will ensure technical integrity and international standard compliance while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical or Industrial Engineering, at least 10 years in Oil & Gas in the Middle East, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Industrial or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas sector in the Middle East.
• Strong leadership experience managing electrical design teams on complex projects.
• Advanced knowledge of IEC and international electrical codes and standards.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for HV & LV systems, including substations and switchgear.
• Prepare and review electrical deliverables such as single line diagrams and cable schedules.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across FEED to commissioning.
• Review vendor documents to ensure compliance with project specs.
• Support commissioning and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Interface with clients and project stakeholders to secure technical approvals.
