Job summary

Indman DMCC is seeking an experienced electrical engineer for an Oil & Gas project in the UAE. The role involves leading the design, review, and approval of electrical deliverables such as SLDs, cable schedules, load lists, and power system studies.

You will specify HV/MV/LV equipment, ensure compliance with IEC/IEEE/NEC/API standards, and perform power system studies using ETAP or SKM to support project objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 10–15 years of electrical engineering experience in oil & gas projects.
• ADNOC experience is a plus.
• Proficient in ETAP, SKM Power Tools, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, review, and approval of electrical engineering deliverables including SLDs, cable schedules, load lists, power system studies, and equipment datasheets.
• Provide expertise in the selection and specification of HV/MV/LV electrical equipment including transformers, switchgear, MCCs, UPS, and generators.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and international codes (IEC, IEEE, NEC, API).
• Conduct power system studies (load flow, short circuit, motor starting, arc flash) using ETAP or SKM.
