Job summary

ENOC is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to plan and organize daily tasks for a team of electricians handling high voltage maintenance at our Dubai facilities. You will coordinate scheduling, ensure safety, update drawings, analyse bids, and manage vendor performance while driving continuous improvement and compliance with ISMS and plant standards.

Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years HV maintenance experience in oil and gas is required; strong troubleshooting,

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive electrical maintenance experience, HV electronics preferred in oil and gas.
• Troubleshooting and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and delegate daily maintenance tasks for electricians.
• Prepare a weekly schedule of tasks for the forthcoming week.
• Isolate high voltage breakers (3.3kV & 11kV) for preventive maintenance safely.
• Update drawings to meet plant needs and limitations.
• Conduct technical analysis on bid tabs and advise on vendor selections.
• Define scope of work for vendors and oversee delivery to contract specs.
• Ensure upgraded equipment functions per DUGAS specs.
• Implement department policies and monitor adherence.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices.
• Prepare MIS reports and advise on spare parts stock levels.
