Job summary

Larsen & Toubro seeks an Engineering Manager – Electrical BESS to lead electrical engineering and design for utility-scale and commercial PV/BESS projects. You will provide technical leadership across the full lifecycle, ensuring safe, compliant and optimized designs aligned with EPC execution and project schedules.

Responsibilities include planning, approvals, BIM implementation, field support, and coordination with remote offices, vendors, and authorities to deliver successful project

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering is required.
• 8–15 years of experience, predominantly with PV plants, BESS, and substations.
• Proven experience in utility-scale Solar PV and/or BESS EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, assign work and ensure timely delivery per specifications.
• Coordinate with Remote Engineering and Local consultants for approvals and compliance.
• Lead design reviews, BIM implementation and interface with Civil, MEP & Instrumentation.
• Support field teams during construction and commissioning activities.
• Resolve technical issues with customers and vendors to reach agreement.
• Ensure project alignment with schedule and procurement for materials.
