Job summary
Siemens Energy, Inc. in the UAE seeks an experienced EHS professional with 10+ years' experience supporting Oil & Gas and industrial projects in the Middle East.
Holds engineering degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety; knowledge of GCC regulations and ISO standards. You will lead risk assessments, PTW, LOTO and incident investigations, maintain EHS documentation, and train teams while coordinating with multi-national sites.
Qualifications
- 10+ years EHS experience in Oil & Gas or rotating equipment projects.
- Engineering degree or three-year diploma in Occupational Health & Safety.
- Experience with GCC regulatory requirements and ISO standards.
Responsibilities
- Monitor site activities for EHS compliance and conduct safety briefings.
- Support PTW administration and LOTO during outages.
- Prepare risk assessments and JSA.
- Investigate incidents and near misses; report KPI updates.
- Maintain EHS documentation and training programs.
- Coordinate PPE and emergency equipment inspections.
- Lead internal audits and site inspections.
